Our CEO, Takayuki Aoki, contributed to a technical feature on volumetric capture.

Our CEO, Takayuki Aoki, has contributed a feature article on volumetric capture technology to Pronews, a web media specializing in digital video production for all professionals involved in the video industry. The article will be published in Pronews over a six-part series, and will include technical explanations of "volumetric capture," how it is used in conjunction with xR technology, examples of its use in the industry, and how it can be used in the entertainment field. The presentation will also include an overview of the industry trends and Kadinje's efforts in the field of "virtual production," a new-age method of filming that utilizes and applies these technologies.

Sony Portable Volumetric Capture System

This third article introduces and explains the portable volumetric capture system announced by Sony at the CES 2023 exhibition held in Las Vegas, USA.

Vol. 4: Nikon Creates: Establishment of a Volumetric Videography Studio

In the fourth issue, Nikon launched Nikon Creates in April 2022 as a new business for planning, shooting, and production of next-generation video content, and in October 2022, Nikon began offering services in Heiwajima, Tokyo, using the "POLYMOTION STAGE" auto-viewpoint 3D volumetric video shooting system. D. in Media and Governance from Keio University in 2009. After working for Sony Corporation, he founded Kadinche Corporation.
In 2018, he established Miekuru K.K., a joint venture with Shochiku K.K., and in January 2022, he opened Daikanyama Metaverse Studio to create content using virtual production methods.
